At times, you may have a requirement to appoint a CDM advisor for your project. The CDM advisor then ensures you stay compliant and undertakes vital duties on your behalf with the required documentation, surveys & assessments, F10 / NI10 Form submission and monitoring the arrangements throughout the project.

Principal Designer
Under the CDM Regs 2015 and CDM Regs (NI) 2016, some clients are required to appoint Principle Designers. Principle Designers take the lead in planning, managing, monitoring, and coordinating health and safety during the pre-construction phase (design and planning stage) of construction projects.
